The key elements in the Flawless Facilitation blended learning approach are shown below. The Facilitation Workshops are a range of modules delivered either Virtually or as Live Workshops. The Virtual Workshops can be purchased through our online store and are provided using the Zoom meetings platform.

facilitation workshops
- A range of Virtual Modules designed to introduce the knowledge, skills and techniques that differentiate a good teacher from an excellent Facilitator.
- A Live Workshop experience where individuals practise and receive coaching in real time on their facilitation skills.

Course Design
- Consulting in designing live and virtual workshops (undertaken on a project basis). This can encompass custom designing and developing new workshops as well as helping transition live learning events into virtual experiences.

Facilitator Coaching
- Live: by attending learning events and coaching for enhanced facilitation performance.
- Virtual: where Facilitators share recordings of learning workshops and receive coaching on strengths and further skills that could be used on a virtual platform.

Train the Trainer
- For clients who wish to apply the Flawless Facilitation approach for a wide range of internal facilitators, there is both a virtual and in-person Train-the-Trainer process, which includes customized learning aids such as Participant Guides, Slides, Handouts, Videos, the Flawless Facilitation book and a comprehensive Training Guide.
